Beudoret Church Building

Work on the new building for the Christian Church of Beudoret in Beudoret has stalled in recent months, due to a lack of funding. The walls of the building are mostly finished, thanks to the generous donations of several GVCM sponsors, but it still needs a roof, floor, doors and windows before it can be used for services.

The church is renting a small building by the main highway in Beudoret, but has been threatened with eviction for many months. The week of Christmas 2006, we were able to negotiate a lease extension through the end of June 2007. While this is a significant blessing, it is still very urgent that work continue on the new building, as it will take some time to complete.

GVCM and the people of the church in Beudoret are praying diligently that we could find the financial support to complete this building before early summer.
