Malary Christian Church

Malary is a very interesting place located in the vicinity of Thomassique ... it would take about an hour to get there because of the bad road conditions. The church at Malary is the direct result of the evangelistic outreach of the Church of Thomassique.

Several evangelistic campaigns were launched there in the summor of 2004. About 15 people were won to the lord, and a plethora of others showed a great deal of interest. A Bible study group in the house of one of the new believers, and as time went on, more and more people began to show up. And even more showed a great deal of interest.

A spot of land was acquired and the Bible study group slowly changed into a congregation. Malary Christian Church was born. The church attendance steadily grew from nothing to about 35 people.

Mr. Selondieu Joseph came from the church of Thomassique to serve as the leader at Malary. Mr. Selondieu is a very capable person who is very passionate about this new ministry. He preaches with a zeal and a passoin for Christ.

The people of Malary have expressed their deep appreciation for the people of Westlink Christian Church for their ongoing support to the cause of the Kingdom.
